What is the difference between 売建住宅 [URITATE JYUTAKU], 建売住宅[TATEURI JYUTAKU] and 注文住宅 [CHUMON JYUTAKU] ?
売建住宅 [URITATE JYUTAKU] (うりたてじゅうたく)
A single-house built as a subdivision housing by a developer. When subdividing a developed lot, the purchaser of the lot simultaneously orders the sub divider (developer) to build a house on the lot.
It is the same meaning as 建築条件付きの土地 [KENCHIKU JOKEN TSUKI NO TOCHI]: Developed subdivisions with a requirement to build on the land
売建住宅 [URITATE JYUTAKU] (うりたてじゅうたく)
A single-house built on a subdivision housing and sold together with the site. A purchaser buys a house with the site. A purchaser buys a house with the site. If houses of the same size and layout are built side by side, those of houses are 建売住宅 [TATEURI JYUTAKU] (たてうりじゅうたく).
注文住宅 [CHUMON JYUTAKU] (ちゅうもんじゅうたく)
A house that is built by ordering construction work. It is generally a detached house.
You can decide on the design and layout of the house, and can change the design during construction. Unlike 建売住宅 [TATEURI JYUTAKU] (たてうりじゅうたく) or 売建住宅 [URITATE JYUTAKU] (うりたてじゅうたく), you have to find the land yourself. The most flexible way to build a house is with a 注文住宅 [CHUMON JYUTAKU] (ちゅうもんじゅうたく), but the most expensive to build.
