Real estate Terms -そ(SO),ぞ(ZO)-

造作 [ZOUSAKU] (ぞうさく)

The materials and equipment that make up the interior of a building. The components include fittings, tatami mats, floors, and dovetails, and the equipment includes plumbing and air conditioning systems.

 

相続 [SOUZOKU] (そうぞく)

The comprehensive succession of all rights and obligations of the deceased to the property by a specific person.

 

贈与 [ZOUYO] (ぞうよ)

A contract that is concluded when one party expresses an intention to transfer a certain property right to the other party without compensation, the other party expresses an intention to accept it, and the intentions of both parties match.

 

測量士 [SOKURYO SHI](そうくりょうし)

Qualification to engage in the surveying business. National qualification under the Surveying Law to prepare and implement plans for surveying.

 

底地=底付き=底なし [SKOCHI=SOKOTSUKI=SOKONASHI] (そこち=そこつき=そこなし)

Land on which 借地権 [SHAKUCHI KEN](しゃくちけん) leasehold or other surface rights have been established.

 

粗大ごみ [SODAI GOMI] (そだいごみ)

General waste collected by a local government that is over a certain size and requires a request for collection. When requesting a collection in advance, a fee must be paid.

Televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, etc., which are subject to the Home Appliance Recycling Law, and PCs, etc., which are to be collected for effective use of resources, are collected by the manufacturers through the retailers and are not subject to general waste collection.

The waste used in the industrial waste is not general waste and is not subject to local government waste disposal projects.

 

 

側溝 [SOKKOU] (そっこう)

A channel built along a road, exclusively for the drainage of the road.

 

外断熱 [SOTO DANNETSU] (そとだんねつ)

A construction method that provides a heat insulation layer on the outside to reduce the effect of outside temperature transfer to the inside.

 

損益計算書 [SONEKI KEISANSHO] (そんえきけいさんしょ)

Profit and Loss Statement. A document that reveals the business results of a company over a certain period of time.

 

損害賠償 [SONGAI BAISHOU] (そんがいばいしょう)

To make up for any damage caused by an illegal act. If there is an illegal fact, such as a default or tort, and there is a causal relationship between that fact and the occurrence of the damage, you are liable for damages.
